Our approach to Feng Shui is that it has to be realistic and practical. We listen to the clients needs as there is very little point in suggesting knocking out walls if this is going to be an absolute impossibility.

A comprehensive Feng Shui consultation involves a reading of the home or business and a personal four pillars chart for each occupant of the home or business. The Four Pillars of Destiny or Bazi is a birth chart for the individual person and can be a powerful tool.

A Good Feng Shui consultation will take many aspects into consideration. When having a consultation it is important to consider what changes, if any, you require in your home. There is no bad home - all homes and businesses are maps of who we are, our past, present and future.

Schools of Feng Shui

Where possible we incorporate the following Schools of Feng Shui, this gives us the opportunity of creating optimum results and outcome for our clients regardless:-

Form School – this is the visual observations both exterior and interior. Form School is where we look at objects and their placements. Ponds, water features, mirrors, T-junctions, bed placements, trees, paths, desk placements and much more. All these aspects have an effect on your home or business.

Bagua – this is used to identify the location of the different aspects that our clients wish to improve, e.g. Career, Health, Prosperity, Education, Relationships, etc.

8 Mansion – this is when we identify the auspicious and inauspicious locations and directions of the premises as well as for the individual person. Where possible we then make recommendations as to the best place to locate beds, reception and office desks, etc so that you will face your auspicious directions when possible

Flying Stars – this is used to identify where the negative and positive energies are located within the premises, then we are able to fine tune what we have already suggested. The calculations used in the Flying Star method of Feng Shui are based on thousands of years of observation about man in his environment. A compass reading is required, and together with other details about the home or business, information is gained which is then used to provide cures to balance the energies that are present. Just like a horoscope, your building can have yearly positive and negative influences This is called Annual Flying Stars.and can be remedied.

4 Pillars of Destiny – this is can give us an indication of what is happening with the individual occupants and staff. It also is used for being able to suggest colours and elements to introduce to support and provide balance for our clients.

As you can appreciate every consultation is different and unique. All of the charts are done by hand; no computer software program is used. I believe in giving clients an authentic experience, for my clients to feel that energy, focus and time has been given to them, their homes, business and their families.

What you will need to provide us with:-

·     This is a general list; refer to the individual categories for a more accurate list. 

2 x A4 copies of your Floor plan of premises; (architect or shire plans; not hand drawn plans)

·     Year the premises were built

·     Dates of Birth

·     Times of Birth (only if known)

Levels of Consultations:

‘Feng Shui With The Lot’ Consultation

·       On-Site Consultation –We visit the premises take a Lo Pan (Feng Shui Compass) and make many observations of the Exterior & Interior of the building, which we then take away with us to work on in our offices.

·       Full Written Report – A comprehensive full written report with Findings, all Charts and Recommendations that is approximately 30 pages. You are then able to check off as you implement each recommendation and you have something to refer to whenever you wish to do so.

·       Delivery of Report – The written report is delivered to you within 2 weeks, where we discuss and high light the findings and recommendations. As we have everything on file we offer the opportunity for asking questions and clarification, even after the delivery of report; how often do we think of something to ask after the person has gone?

·       Check Up – We return for a final check; this is usually a month after the delivery of report has take place to give you time and space to implement the recommended changes, which gives you peace of mind to ensure that you have implemented the changes correctly.

‘Feng Shui On A Budget’ Consultation

·       On-Site Consultation – We visit the premises take a Lo Pan (Feng Shui Compass) and make many observations of the Exterior & Interior of the building.

·       Verbal Report – The charting is completed on site and a Verbal Report with Cures Map and Recommendations is provided at the same time.

Cost and Payment

There is no standard fee due to the many different variables to each premise. However, we will ask clarifying questions so that we can quote an accurate fee before commencing a Consultation. We will request a 50% deposit which is to be paid at the time of the On-Site Consultation and the balance to be paid at the Delivery of Report for the Feng Shui Extravaganza. For the Feng Shui on a Budget payment is to be paid in full at the time of the Consultation. Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque Eft - online.

Time Required

This can vary depending on the size of premises and how many occupants of the premises:-

‘Feng Shui With The Lot’ Consultation - we ask our clients to allow approximately 1 hour for the On-Site Consultation. We are able to do this due to doing all the charting, findings and reporting off site and in our office, thus not taking up your valuable time. There is at least 20 hours worth of charting and reporting that goes into the behind the scenes part. We then allow approximately 1 ½ hours for the Delivery of Report and 1 hour for the Check Up visit.

‘Feng Shui on a Budget’ Consultation – we do some of the charting prior to the on-site consultation, and then we will ask that you allow approximately 4 hours for the Consultation.

The International House of Feng Shui regularly travels and is invited to conduct Feng Shui Consultations for residential, commercial and corporate clients all over Australia and overseas. Consultations are still required in person. We welcome all enquiries.
